Ironic Income Tax

Isn't it ironic how the government taxes us on what we make, yet allows credit card companies to keep offering deals long after a person is in debt? I mean, we have totally created a culture of spending, not of saving. The IRS says, "You made this much, so we're taxing you this much." It doesn't matter if you were constructive with it or wasted it or spent it on only food. Granted, ther are some decent tax credits, if you're MARRIED or have CHILDREN! If you're single, you're screwed. The government's got it in for you. They tax you more than anyone else and then encourage you to spend and spend. Going bankrupt? Just get another credit card. I'm sure there's a company that will offer you one, at like 25% interest! Which is just what you need!
